Whoever is proficient in dubs does
3 sets of:
8-10 back extensions
10 band pull parts
6 weighted barbell glute bridges
Along with some movement prep for the Wod.
* we only have 1 machine for back extensions but with half the group in dubs it shouldn’t be an issue as Adam sandler would say on his cd in the cantaloupe skit “share baby share”
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

14 min AMRAP of:
20 pull ups
20 box jumps
20 TTB
20 push ups
(3 rounds gets you out of the wod but your job now is to help someone to accomplish 3 rounds if 3 rounds is humanly possible)
