In teams of two, with only one teammate working at any time, complete three sets for max reps of:

2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)
Rest 1 Minutes
2 Minutes of Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
Rest 1 Minutes
2 Minutes of Burpee over Barbell
Rest 1 Minutes

OR

The CrossFit Open 14.1 WOD (scaled for some. Coaches will help you if you want to do the WOD. You do not have to be registered for the Open to simply do the work out)
