Coaches’ Notes:

I want to first congratulate everyone who opted to join the 2014 CrossFit games open.  It takes a lot to put yourself out there with the chance of a movement that you don’t have dialed in yet (DUBS) comes out of the hopper.  Knowing myself,  most people will be there own worst critic so I’m sure you know that everyone else on the team has your back.

Thank you to everyone who showed up the the box to cheer on your squad all the way to the end.  So why not address the dubs today. So I molded one of Crossfits staple WODs Jackie and gave her a last name. Jackie dub will be the WOD that makes you one step closer to dominating the rope on the reg. enjoy
