Back Squat

Five sets of back squat Working to today’s 1rm

* Set 1 – 50% of possible 1-RM x 5 reps
* Set 2 – 75% of possible 1-RM x 3 reps
* Set 3 – 85% of possible 1-RM x 1 rep
* Set 4 – 90-95% of possible 1-RM x 1 rep
* Set 5 – Test 1-RM
* Set 6 (optional) – Exceed Set 5 weight

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9 min AMRAP of:

8 Toes to bar
8 HSPU
8 Hang power snatch 95/65

Here are some Random feats of strength to get you over the hump. We need to invite this guy to the CrossFit Supercharged party. I’m sure many of his feats of strength start with a few 12oz curls. Just don’t invite him to your next card game!
