Here’s to the second week of the 2014 CrossFit Games. Don’t forget to tune in tonight at 8 pm for the live announcement of this weeks WOD.

There’s gotta be some burpees in this one right? Well if I’m wrong I have 8 other blogs posted on different sites so that I will be right on one of them!
