Working in intervals of 60 seconds of work followed by 60 seconds of rest, complete 4 rounds of:

155/105 lb. Power Clean x 5 reps
24″/18″ Box Jumps x 10 reps

All this week the blogs will be dedicated to coaches and athletes alike highlighting the character of each individual which in turn resulted in something positive.

First off I would like to congratulate everyone who participated in the 2014 Crossfit Games Open. Lisa, Yeager, Mark, Rey, Sam, David, Lateefah, Danielle, Bob, Harvey, Kristin, Andrew, Sarah, Rick, and Doug. Also to anyone who came over to drink beers and cheer there teammates on,  but being from Philly you should be used to tailgating anything from the dog show all the way to wing bowl.

Of course this message wouldn’t be complete without giving a shout out for the 2014 CrossFit Supercharged in house DJ big Ant. All the athletes mentioned above gave it their all for every WOD. While many of you also had the humbleness to also save some for another day. Whether you had to scale the weight, modify a given exercise, or call it early due to weight/reps aka deadlift-a-Palooza. As coaches we are very happy to have people who will push themselves to the limit on the reg and still be able to pull back on the reigns when needed.

We have a unique group at this here box and I know that our little piece of the bigger picture is not one of those stupid puzzle pieces that you can never find the right spot for. Oh no it’s that Corner spot that is the only one that has green on it so all the other puzzle pieces are jelly of it. I have no idea where that last few lines came from. Byyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeee
