Having been a coach for some time now, I’ve helped countless people get back in shape or get in shape for the first time which is special in its own right.

Taking someone who is already into fitness and taking them to another level over the course of a year is another kind of cool.

Katie Ellen came in  to us already a multiple time marathon runner and former college athlete. So seeing her athleticism jump leaps and bounds beyond what she thought possible over the year has been a proud moment for all of the coaches at the box. Most recently she pr’d her half marathon run by 4 mins in less then perfect weather conditions. With a unbreakable mindset I’m sure she knew she was gonna crush it before she took her first step. Congrats teach
