Overhead Walking Lunge 20 steps (45/25 lbs)
Push ups with one leg off floor and alternating legs every 5 reps x 30 reps
Overhead Walking Lunge x 20 steps (45/25 lbs)
Run 800 Meters (sprint the last 30 steps of the run safely)
Street Cred:
One HSPU on the rings at 4″ off of the floor. Spotter allowed and extra mat required.

Remember your shoulders just went through a good work out. Keep this in mind before attempting if you decide to. Band is okay to use. Watch Carl break it down…
