Front Racked Alternating Reverse Lunges (4 x 3 each leg)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

135/95 lb. Power Clean x 5 reps
135/95 lb. Thruster x 5 reps
Burpees x 10 reps

Coaches’ Notes:

Who doesn’t love a good ole front rack?  Well as it turns put many people have issues obtaining a solid front rack position mostly due to some sort of mobility issue. The coaches each have there own little tips and tricks to help our athletes to gain optimum position, but let’s see what the mobility ninja Kelly starret has to say about improving the front rack. Regardless of what the problem is, straying on top and maintaining  a consistent mobility regiment will keep you ahead of the game.
