Pull-Ups x 10 reps

Rest exactly five minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in five minutes of:

Burpees x 10 reps
Wall Ball x 10 reps

Wassup wod killaz, I just wanted to drop you guys a line about some of our up coming events and new classes that are now locked in.
Our Sunday yoga class has been jam packed with “yogis” ( that always make me think of that sneaky bear that used to jack peoples picnic baskets). We have now made it a permanent part of our schedule.  So come out on Sundays at 10 with Justin and Lauren and they will turn you from Tinman into Gumby status.

Location: go vertical/ northern liberties
Time: 11-1
* possible yards brewery tour/tasting after we get done climbing
