15 sit ups

Holy cannoli I am excited about this WOD like a kid in a candy store (eff that its more like the mouthwatering, gut busting feeling Augustus Gloop got before he ended up drowning in Mr Wonka’s sea of chocolate) I’m sure you are all wondering what Blackout AMRAP is. Well i will tell you what its not. It is not a workout that you will know when it will end. The coaches know when it will end but you will not. You will need a good mental game for this one, who knows, when you think it is over it may not be. I just had to post this along with the blog. The Umpa Lumpa song freestyle after the choco swim.
