Deadlift (Take 10-12 minutes to work up to 85% of your 1-RM)

Metcon (Time)

WOD

Every four minutes, for a total of 5 sets, complete the following as quickly as possible:

Deadlift x 3 reps (use approximately 85% of your 1-RM)
Toes to Bar x 8 reps
Sprint 200 Meters

(Rest the remainder of the 4 minute cycle. Record the time to completion in each of the 6 sets.)

It took me a while to find the right video that matched how I typically teach the Deadlift. There is more then one way to skin a cat ( who came up with that, are there people in far off lands skinning cats?) but I wanted use an example that would match up with what you guys will here during the WOD demo at the board.
