Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Workout of the Day A. In teams of three, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of: Wall Ball Shots x 10 reps Box Jump Overs x 10 reps Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then: B. In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: Pull-Ups x 5 reps Push-Ups x 10 reps For both the A and B portion, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at any one time

Yesterday I posted a video to get you inspired to make that change in your life you have always wanted to. Today we will take it back a few speeds and go with some ole fashion fist fights. Today is team day, with 3 people teaming up for a CrossFit trifecta. I found an ESPN top 10 of teammates fighting each other when words just wouldn’t cut it anymore. Oh how i love thee internet fun zone. No fighting if your partner isn’t squatting low enough.
