Dumbbell External Rotation x 10-12 reps each arm
Rest 60 seconds

12 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs.)
8 Toes to Bar

Hey guys/gals, we talk about shoulder stability on the reg at this here gym. Today in between sets of back squats we will be getting in some stability work for your shoulders.
