Four sets of:

Clean x 1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles – these are full cleans)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

Hang power Clean x 6 reps (135/95#)
kb swings X 8 reps
Hand-Release Push-Ups x 12 reps

Coaches’ Notes:

Following a Great success on Sunday with the lifting seminar I got an email I’ve been waiting for, after yesterday’s classes.

The email consisted of the start list for the 2014 nationals in which coach Danielle will be lifting in. As well as coach Tiana from Cherokee barbell who helped us on Sunday. Oh yeah and all the other best lifters in the USA.

Of course they spelled my name wrong (Gerarld). There is no L goddamn it hahaha!!! Either way I’m super stoked about it so clicky click on the link below and scroll down to 69 kilo class to see coach Daneille and I.
