Metcon (Time)

Every 8 minutes, for a total of 3 sets, complete the following as quickly as possible:

Row 300 meters
10 burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings
15 Pull-Ups (or 5 Muscle-Ups for advanced athletes)

For this here clicky your gonna need 30 mins of your day made free to watch the CrossFit documentary called the test of fitness that highlights the definition of fitness and how they test fitness with the CrossFit Games. It reminds me of back in my skating days when me and my buddies would watch a skate video and we would always be fired up to go out and skate.

If you can time watching this before one of you next classes I’m sure it will do the same with big pr’s to follow.
