I wanted to go ole school CrossFit with this one a give you guys a good video from coach b regarding the jerk. For those of you that have a clean that is significantly higher then your jerk you should make it a point to put extra work in to up those numbers. Putting in extra time in open gym will put you on that gain train real quick. Go EAGLES!
