6 Air Squats
6 DB or Backpack Deadlifts
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
4 Sets:
4 Min ARMAP:
4 DB or Backpack Shoulder to Overhead
4 Air Squats
4 DB Backpack Burpees**
-Rest 1:00 b/t Each AMRAP-
*Pick up where you left off in previous set.
**Perform a Burpee with hands on DBs or Backpack, then Deadlift the DBs or Backpack. (or wear Backpack on your back!)
