2 Strict Press + 1 Push Press (Weight should be heavy enough that you “need” to do a push press as your 3rd rep)

8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Thrusters 95/65 (Rx+135/95)

*200m Run w/ 20/14 Med Ball after every OTHER set of Thrusters (8,7, Run, 6,5 Run and so on)

*Must put the bar down after completing each set.
