5 Tempo Deadlifts @ about 50% (using snatch-grip)

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5 x 3 @ 90-110% of Max Snatch)

Dumbbell squats

Bar-facing burpees

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells

Women use 35-lb. dumbbells
