Brad has been coaching amateur and professional combat athletes (MMA fighters, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors and Muay Thai Kickboxing competitors) since 2000 and he and his team has become the winning-est MMA team in Philadelphia history.
A combat athletes strength and conditioning needs to be at particularly high level in order to be successful. Brad and his staff of top instructors have always taken pride in not only providing top notch instruction for martial arts technique, but for brining their athlete’s conditioning to a level where they can perform their best, with many of his fighters winning not solely due to skill, but by being able to “out condition” their opponents in the later rounds of a fight.
A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and former MMA fighter himself and produced the “Boxing Blueprint For MMA” DVD series and is the author of the book “8 Weeks To MMA Fit”. He’s been featured in national and international magazine and books.
Brad is on a mission to continuously learn and improve upon his fitness knowledge and skills so that they can be passed down to all CF Supercharged members. He and the staff practice the concept of “CANI”….Constant and Never-Ending Improvement and it spreads like wild fire throughout our Academies.
Brad’s instruction includes durability training, mobility, recovery techniques, nutrition and more.
Brad’s SEALFit training along with the other SEAL training Brad has done as a civilian allows him pass along some of the most important skills of all including the mental toughness to get through tough workouts and to be carry those traits into our member’s every day lives.
Instilling a positive mental attitude while staying focused and in the zone is something that Brad is proud to be able to provide.
Our members push past their perceived limits when training in this type of environment. Coach Brad’s ultimate goal is to help people to become unstoppable not only during their workouts, but in life as well.
