Holy cannoli I am excited about this WOD like a kid in a candy store (eff that its more like the mouthwatering, gut busting feeling Augustus Gloop got before he ended up drowning in Mr Wonka’s sea of chocolate) I’m sure you are all wondering what Blackout AMRAP is. Well i will tell you what its not. It is not a workout that you will know when it will end. The coaches know when it will end but you will not. You will need a good mental game for this one, who knows, when you think it is over it may not be. I just had to post this along with the blog. The Umpa Lumpa song freestyle after the choco swim.

There will be 2 things that happen at the box today that you should not enjoy.
First and most important, my main man Ricky aka “Pretty Ricky” aka “The Mayor” aka “The Godfather” is headed back home to New York. Ricky is the definition of what kind of person and athlete every CrossFit gym is hoping to fill their ranks with. So many people who were new to the gym were first greeted by Ricky when he knew it was his or her first couple of classes and for that we are very great full. Your family and friends are very lucky to have you back my brother.

I am officially inducting you, as the first person in the CrossFit Supercharged Hall Of Fame.

Well before he goes he wanted to make Fran his last WOD ( the second thing that you will not enjoy). If you come to the 630 class tonight you will have the pleasure of sending Ricky out with an extravaganza of thrusters, pull ups and Fran cough (web md says it doesn’t exist but if you have done it fast enough you know what I’m talkin about).
I’m a little frustrated because I know that what I have written has not done him justice to the the bro we are losing. Peace brother
