Coaches’ Notes:

On this hump day along with many others people are grinding though the middle of the week looking forward to another day closer to the close of business on Friday.

In that respect I will be dropping a line or two about Danielle Wimbish and Sam Farr II both of whom have been grinding hard to get ready for there first Olympic weightlifting meet in a few weeks.

Most of us spend plenty of time celebrating game day accomplishments without really giving the real props to the day in and day out dedication and hard work that the success stems from.  They have both put the work that will result in growth both physically and mentally that will make grandma proud. Cheers to these two for understanding what it takes to earn that growth
