Two sets of:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

5 Ring Dips
10 Pull-Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

Rest 90 seconds and pick up right where you left off

Coaches’ Notes:

When I first started CrossFit I never knew anything about Olympic weightlifting. Since then I’ve garnered more knowledge about the sport then I ever saw myself exploring. (This will be a lifetime journey for me).

Since then the documentary American weightlifting came out which touches on the sport and America from a few different pioneers who lead the way. Ive always been a big fan of knowing about the history of whatever endeavor I partake in.

Here is a preview of the documentary and still can be purchased online. I have it so maybe we can show it at the box if enough people want to watch it. Supercharged movie night followed by some lifting sounds like an good time to me.
