First, let me tell you what a typical CrossFit Class Is Like. Each class involves a complete warm-up, a skill practice (the learning a new lifting technique or body movement for example), the primary workout, and a cool down session that involves mobility/flexibility routines to ensure TOTAL Fitness.

Furthermore, each class is only one hour out of your day (some beginner classes even less). And, you don’t even need to train every day for optimal results. In fact, CrossFit training is not recommended to be done every day of the week.

More isn’t always better. You’ll gain more in this one hour session than the average person would in a 3 hour session at a “Globo Gym” (This the name we give to large, traditional health club chains).

Second, every session utilizes your entire body with a heavy emphasis on the core. The workouts are balanced to include strength and conditioning along with many other aspects of fitness. Every workout session is guided by one or more of our CrossFit trainers to ensure you will get the personal attention you need to ensure success.

Not only does this make CrossFit extremely efficient, but it lets your body burn fat and build muscle at the same time. This is not just “cardio” or just “strength training”. This is both and more.

You have a highly trained coach with you every step of the way (unlike a standard gym where you work out solo or have to pay a personal trainer who doesn’t know CrossFit’s revolutionary, empirically driven methods and principles) to make sure you are doing things correctly and safely. All while doing it with positive reinforcement and affirmations. Our trainers are here to help you, not scold you.

Third, there’s no need to mess with time-consuming workout plans. Everything is taken care of…you just show up ready to give it your best and everything else is taken care of. Your workouts are carefully programmed for to provide you with optimal performance and results.

You will not be using fancy machines that are ineffective, but rather anything from gymnast rings to Olympic Lifts to help you achieve optimal fitness results. Sounds crazy right? Keep in mind that almost all top athletes utilize Olympic Lifts to take their fitness level to new heights. There is a reason for that and we help you to understand why. You’ll realize just how enjoyable working out with these different tools can be.

Being functionally fit requires that you have a strong core. CrossFit’s “Core To Extremities” principle is a simple fact. Whole body movements all begin with core being engaged first. This is our power source and the energy is transferred to our extremities.

Fourth, we get you to dig deeper than ever before which is when results truly happen. Most results are nothing short of mind-blowing. You’ll literally watch your body transformation take place.
