Three rounds for time of:

30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
30 Push-Ups
30 Sit Ups

Coaches’ Notes:

For today’s strength we have heavy sets of 3 push press. The push press was always my favorite strength component when I first started CrossFit. Boy that was way back when instead of scaling people thought it was funny to tell you, ” Hey try this workout called Fran it’s only thrusters and pull ups, which was usually the workout some other jerk got them to do the day prior in which said person barely made it through”. It’s not bad they said.

Anyways, I really liked the push press probably because I was horrible at squatting so this was my chance go hang with the big dogs even though my bench was higher then my squat. Well my squat got better even though I still have sad girly calves and I wear jeans to the beach to hide them. Well that’s seems to be about enough sharing my inner most trust tree secrets.
