Coaches Notes:

Prepare for a fun day and some pr’s baby!   And, after your done with Snatches, attack Annie.

She is one of my favorites.  It doesn’t take as long as you’d think once you get “in the zone” with the jump rope.

Although, that’s easier said than done for beginners.   Don’t fret guys and gals… you’ll get it.

Here’s a quick vid of one of my favorite CrossFit Athletes, Ben Smith.   Ben may not have the marketability of a “Sir Rich Froning Jr.”, but he’s still a handsome devil in my book and took 3rd place at the 2013 CrossFit Games.

So, I guess you could say he’s kind of a good athlete even though many have yet to hear about him.   You’ll hear “Khalipa!!!!!” all day long when people aren’t talking about Rich, but Ben is still young and I’m excited to see what’s in store for his future.
