Buy in:
400 meter run

Followed by

3 front squats 135/85
3 sit ups
3 deadlifts 135/85

Each successfully completed round is followed by another round 3 reps higher

Coaches’ Notes:

Today we will be given a solid slow clap to coach Danielle who recently joined the team but has already made an amazing impact on the box. From the first day she helped over at Supercharged I knew she was a special coach.

Multiple athletes I’ve been working with since the beginning came up to me and told me about the great cue they got from the new coach after only working with her only a few minutes.  To also have her level of passion that can run step for step with her knowledge gives me great confidence that CrossFit Turbocharged will be safe in her hands.

Not to mention the fact that she qualified for nationals for weightlifting in her first meet. In the 69 kg weight class she hit 70 kg on the snatch and 91 kg on the clean n jerk! She has had great success in a very short time in the sport mad we are all very excited to continue on her path of epicness.
