Teams of two:

600 meter run

4 rounds of:

20 kb swings

15 burpees

600 meter run

The runs are broken up into 200m relay between the team member. During the run each team member carries a 20/14# medball. The medball is not allowed to touch the ground during the ENTIRE WOD. Each time medball hits ground both team members run 200m penalty lap.
