Coaches’ Notes:

I’m hoping you competitors are starting to feel less sore from the Open’s 14.2 WOD.   That was no joke.

Btw, random side note… Make sure you guys are taking care of your hands throughout the Open (always really) and if you need to tape up, do so.  Ask us how if you are unsure.  Tears in your hands can really be a nuisance during the next few weeks.

What’s in store for Thursday nights WOD announcement?   Nobody knows… Which keeps things super exciting.

That is why it is good to prepare yourself physically and mentally for whatever “comes out of the hopper”.

Being prepared for the “unknown and unknowable” requires that you surrender to the fact that you won’t know what the work out is, all the while still confident you’ll crush it what ever it is.  And, when I say “crush it”, I’m referring I the best you can possibly do.
