In teams of 3, with only one person working at a time (med ball run will be completed with all 3 on the team running together with one person carrying the med ball at a a time)

180 Burpee Box Jump Overs
400 Meter Med Ball Relay Run
300 sit ups
400 Meter Med Ball Relay Run
345 Squats
400 Meter Med Ball Relay Run

Coaches’ Notes:

Being that it’s the weekend and we all survived the Phrozen Philly Phreeze. I figure I would just put up something cool that has nothing to do with CrossFit. Although I’m sure most of these cats would be slick wit the barbell. Don’t forget that we have our partner throw down Saturday May 10th, so find your swolemate soon before you get stuck with Coach Nick and his pug singlet!
