Yesterday I had a quote from Thomas Jefferson that referenced hard work.

I heard the quote on Episode 116 of the barbell shrugged podcast that features Joe De Sena.

He is the founder of spartan race and death race. He is the definition of hard work and creating your own path. I will definitely be picking up his book as well. This will be 2 hours well spent.
