Shoulder Press x 3 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Prone Plank x 1 minute
Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Wod
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Push Press x 10 reps (115/75#)
Burpees x 10 reps

All week is officially post nationals weightlifting week. Each blog will have its roots tied to weightlifting in some form or fashion. After our first ( of many) trips to weightlifting nationals in SLC and watching some of the best in the world compete I wanted to get you familiar with some of the nations top barbell slingers.
